Offsite improvements under MaineDOT Private Development Agreement to support newly constructed retail space. Work included creation of a 4-way stop at the intersections of Gallery Blvd and Spring Street. Significant traffic signal upgrades were also performed as part of this project, including a new ATCC cabinet and adaptive signal installation.
